WELCOME TO CRAFT POTTERS
A local pottery studio in the heart of Hope, Craft Potters has been bringing people together for over 50 years with their shared love of playing with mud.
As a non-profit organisation, we put everything into the club, making it a home away from home for members, class takers, and casual clayers.
With 24/7 access to the club, there's always a way to fit pottery into your schedule. Whether you want to throw mugs at 10am or build sculptures at 10pm, the studio is available to you!

Find like-minded people to share stories, tips, or just comfortable silence with at Craft Potters.

Stop in to see us at 202 Ranzau Road on Wednesday nights 6-9pm for casual clay. At $15 a session and $10 a bag of clay, this is a great way to dip your toes in to pottery, and have a look at everything the club has to offer! Runs during school term time and not during school holidays.

To get a more thorough understanding of how to hand build or throw pottery on the wheel, try taking one of our workshops! Usually a 4-6 week course, come out with knowledge gained and some very cool finished ceramics.

During school holidays, we offer boredom buster days, where you can bring your children in and let them play with the clay! Get your kids out of the house and let them create a truly magical hand-built item.
Sales
Twice a year, we hold sales where members can showcase and sell their handcrafted creations to the public. Shopping at these sales is a fantastic way to support the local artists in our club.
These sales occur on Easter Weekend and a weekend in November.

Raku
Raku firings are an exciting outdoor creative event enjoyed by our membership. This method produces effects that you can't achieve in electric kiln firings and we are lucky enough to have a great depth of experience within our club.
Ready to get started or have questions? Email us at craftpotters@gmail.com or stop by Wednesday 6-9pm!
